Investigating the Relationship between School Organizational Health and Organizational Commitment with Primary School Teachers' Job Satisfaction

The aim of the current research was to determine the relationship between school organizational health and organizational commitment with the job satisfaction of primary school teachers. The research method is descriptive and correlational. And all the analyses were done with SPSS software. The sample was estimated to be ۸۰ people through Morgan's table and was selected by proportional random method. The questionnaires to collect the data were organizational health, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that organizational health organizational commitment ere significantly related job satisfaction.
