This study examines the relationship between workplace stress and job burnout and quality of work life. The research method was descriptive – correlational survey. The population for this study were ۵۲ male and female managers and ۱,۳۰۰ employees were men and women of Zabal University of Medical Sciences. Leaders of the ۵۲ persons were selected on the basis of male and employees in accordance to Morgan formula ۳۰۰ individuals through random sampling class were selected. Using Jagdysh job stress questionnaire (۱۹۹۴), Job stress, and burnout questionnaire of Vulgar (۱۹۸۱) Burnout Questionnaire QWL Elena (۱۹۹۵) was used to measure the quality of work life of employees and managers with tutorsand imposing minor changes in the advisor questionnaire measures the number of questionnaires distributed among professors and experts regarding the face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. They also confirm the reliability of the questionnaire which was distributed among employees and managers of Zabol University of Medical Sciences. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the stress was .۸۶, Burnout Inventory .۷۶ and, QWL questionnaire .۹۱, respectively. The results also confirmed the late reliability. Data obtained using statistical parameters such as mean, Pearson correlation, independent t tests and were analyzed by path analysis. The results of the study was notconfirmed, but the working life mediated the relationship between stress, burnout and quality of work life and was confirmed to be significant. The findings also noted that in workplace stress, burnout and quality of work life of managers and staff of men and women was not significant. Workplace stress, burnout and quality of work life of managers and employees with respect to their organizational differences were observed.
