چکیده مقاله:

The aim of the current research is the role of the quality of work life in the emotionality in teaching and work engagement among teachers. The statistical population in this research is all teachers in all educational levels, the statistical sample included ۴۲ women and ۹ men, and the sampling method was available and voluntary. for statistical analysis was used SPSS version ۲۳ tool and descriptive statistics including mean, relative and absolute frequency and analytical statistics including regression correlation coefficient, the research tools in this research included the quality of work life questionnaire (QWL), emotional scale in teaching (ETS) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). the findings of the present study showed that the quality of work life has a predictive role in the variable of the emotionality in teaching and work engagement among teachers, and this study also showed that the variable dimensions of The emotionality in teaching after pride and joy, and among the variable dimensions of The emotionality in teaching after the development of Professional dedication, they explain and predict the quality of work life.
