The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) has indicated the importance of classroom management. Classroom management in Japan also requires student and life guidance. Classroom management is difficult to tackle as an international academic research (Fujikawa, ۲۰۱۲; Fujimori, ۲۰۱۴). Meanwhile, Japanese teachers' sense of efficacy is low (OECD, ۲۰۱۸).
