A REVIEW ON REPLACEMENT OF OZONE DAMAGING REFRIGERANTS

Following the finalisation of the Montreal Protocol in ۱۹۸۷, an international effort has been undertaken to slow down the release of ozone damaging Chlorofluorocarbons into the atmosphere. This, in particular, has created a serious challenge for the refrigeration industry being one of the major consumers of these damaging substances. In this paper, an overall review of the state of replacement of ozone damaging refrigerants is presented
