Over ۱۰۰۰۰ women in the Iran are living with breastcancer each year. socioeconomic status and its influence on healthcare delivery and outcomes relevant to cancer control are well documented. Although some studies have shown that low individual SES negatively influences cancer screening rates. Racial gaps in HealthRelated Quality Of Life (HRQOL) are well documented in BC. This review article explores how SES influence breast cancer screening and treatments. Searching online article was conducted in English from different databases. Racial differences in physicalfunctional and spiritual HRQoL during active treatment and survivorship may be largely mediated by socioeconomic factors. Racial differences in physical and functional HRQOL during active treatment and survivorship may be largely mediated by socioeconomic factors. improving knowledge of the benefits of cancer screening and integrating cancer screening into routine healthcare practice and promote supportive care continuum and provide opportunities for improving the quality and equity of supportive services for low SES women are actionable strategies that may significantly improve screening rates in lowincome and middleincome countries and theire health-related QOL might be promoted.
