چکیده مقاله:

In the face of reducing rate of maternal mortality in many countries maternalmorbidity is suggested to be more useful indicator for quality of care managementand preventive intervention than mortality. Quality of care is a multidimensionalconcept that involves infrastructure process of care accessibility effectivenessimpact on health outcomes and satisfaction. This study reviewed the maternalmorbidity in Iran. We used GBD (Global Burden of Disease) ۲۰۱۷ for total DALYs(Disability-Adjusted Life Years) per ۱۰۰۰۰۰ women between ۱۵۴۹- years inmaternal disorders in Iran. The total DALYs (Disability-Adjusted Life Years) per۱۰۰۰۰۰ women between ۱۵۴۹- years were ۹۱.۲۹ (۸۲.۳۱۰۲.۷۴-) in maternaldisorders in Iran in ۲۰۱۷. The total DALYs per ۱۰۰۰۰۰ women between ۱۵۴۹-years were ۶۰۱.۷۵ (۵۶۰.۰۸۶۵۰.۹-) in maternal disorders globally in the sameperiod. The leading causes of maternal morbidity and near miss were maternalhypertensive disorders and hemorrhage in our country in ۲۰۱۷.
