چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: The healthcare landscape is witnessing a transformative shift towards patient-centered care, particularly in post-myocardial infarction (MI) patients. This study explores innovations in self-care strategies for MI survivors, highlighting new approaches that enable patients to actively participate in the recovery journey.Method: A review of literature was conducted using databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus from ۲۰۱۳-۲۰۲۳. Keywords including "myocardial infarction," "self-care," Result: Integrating technology, personalized interventions, and educational platforms has led to a paradigm shift in self-care after MI. Mobile apps, wearables, and telemedicine platforms enable real-time monitoring, allowing patients to monitor their vital signs, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes. Personalized interventions, guided by predictive modeling and data-driven insights, respond to individual patient needs, improve treatment effectiveness, and promote better health outcomes. Conclusion: The post-MI personal care field is undergoing a profound transformation to innovative approaches. Patients are now equipped with tools that enable them to actively participate in the recovery process, leading to better compliance, improved wellness, and reduced hospitalization rates. Despite the implementation and accessibility challenges, the potential of these innovations in shaping the future of post-MI care remains promising. As healthcare evolves, the convergence of technology and patient empowerment heralds a new era of innovative, patient-centered self-care strategies.
