چکیده مقاله:
The study aims to investigate the appropriate solutions to reduce the environmental impacts of cement consumption using the Driving force - Pressure- State-Response (DPSR) model indicators of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the weighting of solutions using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) model Combined with the Delphi technique. The SEA is applied to evaluate the environmental impacts, the DPSR is applied to analyze and model the indicators and the FAHP method is applied to weight each criterion which directly or indirectly leaves an impact on the environment. The results of the FAHP analysis illustrate the progressive impact of cement consumption and production on the environment, especially air quality indeX and greenhouse gases production. Recycling and reusing construction and demolition wastes is concluded as the most proper approach to be suggested to diminish the environmental impacts of cement consumption and production. Substitution of fossil fuel energies with renewable energy resources that leaves a significant impact on the air pollution quality indeX and greenhouse gases reduction ranked the second.
