Investigate and Comparative Study of The Effect of Virtual and In-person in-Service Training Courses on Health Education Productivity Indicators from The Perspective of Health Care Providers in Schools in Kurdistan Province

چکیده مقاله:

Background and Objective: Education is one of the most complex and largest social systems. The implementation of training programs can solve the need for specialized human resources in the future and guarantee productivity. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of in-service training courses on health productivity indicators from the perspective of health care providers in schools in Kurdistan province.Materials and Methods: This research was a field research and a descriptive-comparative method. The statistical population of this research consists of health care workers working in schools in year of ۲۰۱۹-۲۰۲۰. The number of samples was selected by simple random sampling method to the number of ۴۰ people. Research tools also include demographic and modified human resource productivity questionnaires with a reliability of ۰.۸۶, whose validity has been confirmed by educational and health experts. Statistical data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics methods in SPSS۲۶.Finding: BSc education level assigned the highest frequency with ۶۸.۴%.۵۸.۶۵% of the participants showed interest in In-Person training and ۴۱.۳۵% in virtual learning. The mean and standard deviation of the grades showed a significant difference between the average grades of in-service courses, which indicates the positive effect of both virtual and In-Person teaching methods in improving students' learning.Conclusions: The effectiveness of virtual trainings is positive in increasing the knowledge, skills and abilities and scientific growth, and In-Person trainings also establish constructive human relations and create a friendly atmosphere. Holding in-service courses has a positive effect on the correct implementation of work duties and the satisfaction of parents and students in schools, and its implementation by choosing the appropriate content and strategy and with the help of health education specialists in both ways in order to improve the health indicators of students and the safety of schools emphasis is.
