چکیده مقاله:

This study aimed to investigate the factors contributing to social deviations among female psychology students. The survey method was used as a means of descriptive research, with the statistical population consisting of ۳۲۷ female psychology students at the Shahr Ray branch of Islamic Azad University during the academic year of ۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱. Consistency was maintained throughout the conventional academic structure, while passive tone was employed to ensure objectivity. The sample size totaled ۱۷۵ female students, selected through simple random sampling and based on Karjesi and Morgan's sampling table. Technical term abbreviations were clarified upon their initial use. The research hypotheses investigated six factors that contribute to social deviance among female students. These factors include: ۱) family background, ۲) association with uninformed peers, ۳) economic hardship, ۴) lack of religious inclination, ۵) exposure to mass media, and ۶) lack of security. The study's findings indicate a significant and direct correlation between all six factors and the development of social deviance among female students.
