چکیده مقاله:

Power transformers, play a significant role in transmission and distribution substations. the temperature of the transformer's hottest point is a critical factor that affects its lifespan. The integration of low carbon technologies presents a technical challenge for distribution transformers because of their dynamic loading and potential overloading scenarios. to overcome this challenge and ensure safe operation, it is necessary to have a transformer dynamic thermal rating. the most cost-effective way to achieve this is by improving the accuracy of the dynamic thermal model, which relies on the top-oil temperature as a vital thermal parameter. Accurately predicting and determining the thermal response of the transformer's metallic parts is a crucial step in designing power transformers. The aim of this paper is to compare various proposed thermal modelsfor predicting the hot spot temperature and top oil temperature of power transformers.
