PHYLOGENETIC OF HAWKSBILL TURTLE IN PERSIAN GULF (QUESHM ISLAND) WITH HAWKSBILL TURTLE INTHE WORLD

For studing Hawksbill turtle Phylogenetic of Persian Gulf (Queshm island) with other part of world 30 dead embryos collected and fixed in 96% ethanol. D-loop region of mitochondrial genewas amplificated by H950 and LCM15382 primers and was send to south Korea for sequencing.In this study 4 polymorphism sites and 5 haplotypes were gained that all haplotypes were newand were submitted to NCBI gene bank. A comparison of our data with previous studies showeda relationship between the Pacific ocean and the Persian Gulf Hawksbill turtles. Hawksbillturtles of the Persian Gulf migrated from the Indian ocean and through the strait of Hormozinto this area, so evidence of populations migration from the West was not found
