چکیده مقاله:

Recently, the rational construction of nanozyme by mimicking the active site of naturalenzyme has become a hot spot to endow the bioinspired nanozyme with equal or even highercatalytic performance in comprison with natural enzyme. Generally, the biomimetic nanozymesreported in previous studies were prepared based on precise multistep synthetic method or complexligand molecules. Hence, facile synthetic method and simple ligand molecules in preparation ofthe biomimetic nanozyme are required for its further development and application [۱,۲]. First, anew type of MOF (Me-Cu) amorphous nanozyme with laccase activity was prepared. Thesynthesized compound was used as a recyclable catalyst in the aerobic oxidation ofdihydropyridine derivatives. proper reaction time and efficiency, mild conditions and reuse aresome of the advantages of catalyst used. In this work, Arobic oxidation of ۱,۴-dihydropyridines ۱to pyridines ۲ in the presence of Me-Cu catalyst and DDQ in Acetonitrile and at room temperature.The resulting nanocomposite was characterized by EDX, FESEM and FT-IR techniques
