چکیده مقاله:

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are a new group of molecular networks arranged in athree-dimensional skeleton with metal centers and bridged organic ligands around them [۱]. TheMOFs have a remarkable performance in the fields of adsorption [۲], separation [۳],photocatalysis [۴], and drug delivery [۵].On the other hand the adsorption and photocatalyticdegradation of hazardous materials such as organophosphorus compounds by adsorbents withhigh adsorption capacities and easy separation from sample solutions are highly desirable. In thisresearch, the photocatalytic degradation of organophosphorus compounds in real specimens wasdeveloped using an bimetallic metal-organic frameworkcompositewith the addition of C۳N۵ asan adsorbent. The adsorption of organophosphorus compounds on Cd/Zr-MOF/C۳N۵ wasoptimized by considering various factors including pH, amount of adsorbent, contact timeandsample concentration. Results with scavengers allowed concluding that O۲•- radicals are the mainreactive species, although photogenerated•OH radicals and electrons also contribute to thedegradation.
