چکیده مقاله:

In this research magnetic beads of alginate - graphene oxide have been used asabsorbents to remove Zn۲+ cations in aqueous solutions. The results showed that theoptimum removal efficiency of zinc was observed at pH = ۶ during ۱۸۰ min [۱]. In addition, increasing the initial concentration and increasing the amount of the adsorbent enhanced theefficiency of the removal process. The Langmuir adsorption isothermmodel for zinc removal was more consistent with the experimental results. On the otherhand, the adsorption kinetics of zinc was consistent with the pseudo-quadratic model.Thermodynamic studies showed that the removal of zinc on the alginate-graphene oxidemagnetic composite nanofibers is endothermic and the adsorption rate increases withincreasing ambient temperature[۲]. The analysis of XRD, TEM, FESEM and VSM wasperformed to determine the appearance and morphology of absorbent nanocompositesand hence the synthesis steps were confirmed. TEM and FESEM analysis showed thatthe mGO/Alg Beads nanocomposite was a porous nanoabsorbent and a magnetitenanoparticle with an average diameter of ۳۳.۶۹ nm could be easily seen on the surfaceof the nanocomposite. The results of the desorption experiments indicate the highefficiency of ۹۰% of the nanocomposites at the end of ۵ absorption and desorptioncycles. Finally, these nanocomposites are very promising because of being easy, fast, healthy, cost-effective and highly efficient separation of pollutants[۳].
