چکیده مقاله:

Accurate evaluation of trace organic pollutants such as Cyanotoxins with facile methods, iscritical to prevention and controling of environmental pollutants [۱,۲]. Electrochemiluminescence(ECL) assay as an impressive analytical technique has attracted significant interest in recognitionand sensing [۳]. Herein, we proposed a moleculary imprinted polymer (MIP)-based ECL sensorplatform for high sensitive detection of Cyanotoxins in real samples [۴]. This proposed sensor withuse of Si/C nanoparticles, were designed and made [۶]. The established uniform MIP film on thesurface of ITO electrode and nanocomposite embedded in MIP, showed an anodic ECL emissionusing TPrA. When the imprinted cavities were occupied by Cyanotoxin molecules, the ECLemission was efficiently increased. Under optimal conditions, the represented sensing platformillustrated accurate and high sensitive analytical performance toward Cyanotoxin detection with alinear range from ۲ ng/ml to ۳ fg/ml and detection limit of (S/N=۳). In addition, this sensordemonstrated good recovery rates, high reproducibility and stability and excellent selectivity forCyanotoxin determination. Furthermore, the application of the developed ECL sensor formeasurement of Cyanotoxin in water samples was evaluated and the satisfactory results werefounded.
