چکیده مقاله:

Copper nanoparticles as a catalyst are gaining immense interest due to their catalyticproperties for a variety of organic reactions. However, metal-nanoparticle catalysts are still havinglimited uses, because of the problem associated with their separation from the products bytraditional methods [۱,۲]. One of the currently adopted strategies is the immobilization of metalnanoparticles on solid supports, such as inorganic materials [۳,۴]. Among different supports, SBA-۱۵ has been extensively applied as a heterogeneous support for the immobilization ofhomogeneous catalysts. Because SBA-۱۵ is useable at high temperatures due to its thermalstability. Moreover, SBA-۱۵ has a large specific surface area a large specific, high pore volumewhich allows supporting of huge organic ligands and metal complexes into its channels. In thisstudy, a new nanocatalyst was prepared by the immobilization of Cu complex of ۲-hydroxybenzonitrile as ligand on ordered mesoporous silica (SBA-۱۵). The proposed catalyst(SBA-۱۵@HBN-Cu) was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, BET, TGA, EDX, and SEM and wassuccessfully applied in the synthesis of pyranopyrazole derivatives. Pyranopyrazoles exhibitsignificant biological properties such as anticancer, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral[۵, ۶]. These catalysts can be recovered and reused for several runs without significant change intheir catalytic activity or copper leaching.
