چکیده مقاله:

Today, we are witnessing a change in the business environment from a supportiveenvironment to a competitive one. In such an environment, organizations need prudentmanagement of resources for survival and sustainable business success. Considering theimportance of the stated contents, the present research is to investigate the effect ofemployees' positive thoughts towards the job on the organizational excellence of the PersianGulf Petrochemical Industries Company. In this research, the data was analyzed using theKolmogorov-Smirnov test and the regression test. The findings of the research show that theimpact of employees' positive thoughts towards the job has an impact on the organizationalexcellence of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, and it is suggested thatthe impact of the employees' job on the entire process of the organization should be explainedfor them.
