Background: Today adoptive cell therapy had many successesin cancer therapy and this subject is brilliant in the use of CARTcells. The CAR-T cell therapy with its FDA-approved drugscould treat several cancers in the liquid types and thus be veryattractive for the treatment of the solid cancer types. Unfortunately,the CAR-T cell cannot be very functional in solid cancerdue to their special features of them and this treatment methodhas several harmful adverse effects that have limited their applications,so novel treatments must forward to using new cellssuch as macrophage cells.Materials and Methods: We searched between the medicinesdatabases (like PubMed, Embase, Google scholar, etc.) and collectedthe last studies in the CAR-macrophage cell fields. Then,we explained the macrophage cell and correlation by the CARstructure, compared these cells to other CAR-armored cells,introduced the CAR macrophage cell as a great candidate forsolid cancer therapies, and spoke about the challenges of them,and in the last proffer some solutions to create effective anticancercells.Conclusion: CAR-macrophage cells due to their brilliant innatefeatures are more attractive for solid tumors therapy and seemto be a better candidate for the prior treatment methods. TheCAR-macrophage cell has a very vital role in the tumor microenvironmentand with its direct effect on it can eliminate tumorcells very functionally. In addition, the CAR-macrophage cellsdue to being a part of the innate immune system attended in thetumor sites, and with the high infiltration, their therapy modulationsare faster and effectiveness. The CAR-macrophage cellhad great results in the preclinical and clinical studies, so thismethod can be a novel therapeutic way for solid cancer treatment.
