چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: A human-specific pathogen called Helicobacterpylori causes diseases of the stomach, including gastric cancer. It is a bacterium that is extremely rare and is thought to be carcinogenic.۹۰% of cases of gastric cancer are still linked to H. pylori, which continues to be a serious health concern for people. Methods: The GEO۲R software in the GEO dataset was usedto analyze the expression of genes related to Helicobacter pylorion GSE۲۷۴۱۱. The DAVID database's most differentiallyexpressed genes were examined to determine which gene wasmost responsible for the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori. Moreover, the Mirwalk database was used to find the microRNAslinked to this gene. The microRNAs impacting Helicobacter pylori were found thanks to the Human microRNA DiseaseDatabase (HMDD).Results: The investigations revealed that CCL۲۰(CC Motifchemokine Ligand ۲۰) is one of Helicobacter pylori's most potentgenes. Because has-miR-۲۲-۳p and has-miR-۲۲-۵p were foundto be CCL۲۰-related microRNAs in the miRWalk database. Also,it was discovered by using the HMDD database that has-miR-۲۲-۳p is a potential microRNA in the process of Helicobacter pylorithrough gene upregulation that is brought on by miRNA.Conclusion: Understanding the mechanisms affecting the targetgene's expression may allow us to alter the course of thedisease and identifying the involved microRNAs as markersmay assist in disease management. It is necessary to conductmore thorough research on the function of microRNAs in theCCL۲۰ gene.
