Investigating the expression level ofHOXC_AS۲ and DNAJC۹_AS۱ lncRNAs in samples infectedwith Helicobacter pylori in patients with gastric cancerby bioinformatics method

Background: Helicobacter pylori is the most common chronicbacterial infection in human , wich is the main cause of gastriccancer. Gastric adenocarcinoma (GC) is the most important infection-related cancer. Gastric cancer is the fifth most commoncancer and the third most common cause of death from cancerin the world, due to the lack of screening methods and the lackof diagnostic biomarkers, the possibility of cancer progressionincreases. In this research, the expression level of HOXC-AS۲and DNAJC۹-AS۱ lncRNA in gastric cancer were measured insamples infected with Helicobacter pylori and also investigated as valuable biomarkers in gastric cancer.Methods and Material: First, the expression status of variouslncRNAs including HOXC-AS۲ and DNAJC۹-AS۱ in gastriccancer patients was investigated with bioinformatics analysis(microarray data analysis downloaded from the GEO database).Then the interaction of lncRNAs HOXC-AS۲ and DNAJC۹-AS۱ were analyzed with lncRRisearch and ENCORI databasesResults: In this study, based on the investigation of the interactionsof action and interaction of two long non-coding RNAs,HOXC_AS۲ and DNAJC۹_AS۱, in patients with gastric cancer.showed the high expression of these two lncRNAs in gastriccancer, After careful examining the results of these two lncRNAs, DEGs with adjusted p-value < ۰.۰۵ and |logFC| > ۰ wereconsidered significant. Finally, during this study, they came tothe Conclusion: that the high expression of lncRNAs HOXC_AS۲ and DNAJC۹_AS۱ can cause symptoms and create therisk of Gastric cancer.
