Types of Lnc RNA extracted from exosomesas breast cancer biomarkers

Background: Breast cancer is a heterogeneous disease. Thisdisease is the most common cause of cancer deaths amongwomen in the entire world. Therefore, identification of newmethods and biomarkers to treat breast cancer is essential. Thepurpose of this research is to investigate the expression of ۱ carcinogenicLncRNA in blood exosome samples of breast cancerpatientsMaterials and Methods: In this study, blood samples werecollected from ۳۰ healthy women and ۳۰ female breast cancerpatients. exosome was extracted from the blood, then RNA wasextracted and cDNA was synthesized. Real-time PCR techniquewas used to measure the expression level of UCA۱ Lnc RNA.Real Time PCR results were analyzed by Rest and LinReg PCRsoftwares.Results: The expression level of Lnc RNA UCA۱ with P.Valueequal to ۰.۰۰۰۱ has significantly increased in the blood samplesof patients with breast cancerConclusion: The key role of lncRNAs in biological regulationof many cancers is known. Our study showed that the increasingthe expression levels of oncogenic lncRNA UCA۱ can bea good biomarker for diagnosis and even for the treatment ofbreast cancer in the future.
