چکیده مقاله:

In this study Flower like ZnO nanosheets were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD).Precursor solutions for the CBD process were prepared by dissolving Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O inmethanol. FTO-coated conducting glass sheets were used as substrates for the deposition. Layered hydroxide zinc acetate (LHZA), Zn5(OH)8(CH3COO)2.2H2O, was conducted at 60◦C to obtain a flower like structure. LHZA films deposited were pyrolytically transformed intomicro/nano-textured ZnO films having high specific surface areas. TGA-DTA analysis was carried out to study the sintering process of the nanosheets. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the ZnO nanosheets have wurtzite structure. The morphology and structural characteristicsof the flower like ZnO nanosheets were observed by scanning electron microscopy before and after sintering process and the effect of the sintering process was investigated on the nanosheets morphology
