The international analysis of MTCO۲ emissions and global governance for climate justice from ۱۹۷۰ to ۲۰۲۰

During the past decades, the issue of the resulting increase in industrial production in some countries has led to increased levels of CO۲ gas, which is one of the most important factors affecting global warming. One of the aims of this article is to introduce the countries with the highest MTCO۲ gas production between ۱۹۷۰ and ۲۰۲۰. Therefore, this article addresses some of the questions about MTCO۲ emissions and global governance. Disruption of global governance through the production of CO۲ gas by some countries is one of the main factors that indirectly affect global warming. A review of global statistics shows that China, the United States, and India produced the highest levels of MTCO۲ in the past decades.
