The article explores the impact of anxiety, stress, and lack of self-confidence on English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning proficiency. It talks about the different ways in which anxiety, stress, and lack of self-confidence can influence language learners, including decreased inspiration, destitute performance, and negative attitudes towards learning. The article proposes strategies that learners can utilize to oversee their anxiety and increase their self-confidence, such as relaxation methods and positive self-talk. Moreover, it emphasizes the significance of instructors in making a steady and empowering learning environment that makes a difference learners overcome their tensions and construct their confidence. Overall, the article highlights the require for an all-encompassing approach to language learning that considers the enthusiastic and mental variables that can affect learner success
