چکیده مقاله:

A flipped classroom is an instructional strategy and a type of blended learning, which aims to increase student engagement and learning by having pupils complete readings at home and work on live problem-solving during class time. This pedagogical style moves activities, including those that may have traditionally been considered homework, into the classroom. With a flipped classroom, students watch online lectures, collaborate in online discussions, or carry out research at home, while actively engaging concepts in the classroom, with a mentor's guidance. In traditional classroom instruction, the teacher is typically the leader of a lesson, the focus of attention, and the primary disseminator of information during the class period. The teacher responds to questions while students refer directly to the teacher for guidance and feedback. One of the most exciting developments in the classroom modernization process is flipped learning. This method is based on the idea that students learn more effectively by using class time for small group activities and individual attention rather than simply memorizing and understanding material. Then the teachers provide the teaching and presentation materials of the next session to the students to observe at home and outside the class time, and the class time is spent more on understanding the material learned outside the class and they prioritize active learning. Education and learning are both types of learning, with the difference that education has a theoretical aspect and learning has a practical aspect. Education is the process of facilitating learning, or acquiring knowledge, skills, values, ethics, beliefs and habits. Teaching methods include teaching, practical training, storytelling, discussion and guided research. Training is often conducted under the guidance of instructors, but learners can also teach themselves. The most important element of development in individual, organizational and social dimensions is education; which brings creation, improvement and exaltation of man. Education is an experience based on learning and in order to create relatively stable changes in a person, to enable him to do work and improve his abilities, change skills, knowledge, attitude and social behavior. The flipped classroom is one of the new educational approaches for effective and sustainable learning. The flipped classroom is an educational approach and a form of blended learning in which students learn educational content at home and through online (or offline) educational videos, and in the classroom the teacher helps to solve problems and answer students' questions. Basic and talks with them. In this educational approach, direct training is transferred from the group learning space to the individual learning space. The classroom then becomes a dynamic and interactive learning environment, and the teacher guides elementary students to apply the concepts and creatively engage with the subject matter. Knowing and using this method of teaching in elementary schools can have positive effects on students' learning.
