چکیده مقاله:

Aquaculture is one of the fastest emerging food manufacturing areas, which has become an economically important industry in recent years. Intensification of Aquaculture has also brought many challenges in which illness was the main difficulty. Since using antibacterial mediators as a defensive preventive method is not an encouraging idea and due to potential health hazards linked with the usage of antibiotics in animal farming, the role of non-antibiotic substances became one of the primary factors in fisheries’ health management. Alternatively, probiotics are a major technique which is developed in reaction to problems in infection control where these probiotic ingredients can diminish infection epidemics by increasing the immunity of shrimp and fish. The current study summarises the probiotics selection, procedures and application with its significance in aquaculture and also estimates additional uses of probiotics in Aquaculture.
