Nowadays, it is very important to pay attention to human resources and use all their potential.Therefore, organizations try to manage the talent of their employees and put them in the rightcareer development path so that by increasing their participation, organizational effectivenesswill increase. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of thehuman resources recruitment system and the development of employees' career paths onorganizational effectiveness with the mediating role of employee participation. This researchwas descriptive and correlational in terms of applied purpose and method. The statisticalpopulation of this research was the employees of Saderat Bank of Isfahan, whose number was۱۲۸۶۳. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was equal to ۳۸۴ people. To reach thenumber of ۳۸۴ valid questionnaires, ۴۷۶ questionnaires were distributed, and after removingthe incomplete questionnaires, the number of valid questionnaires was reached to ۳۸۴. In thisresearch, the standard questionnaires of Ahmadi et al.'s recruitment system (۲۰۱۱), career pathdevelopment by Kong et al. (۲۰۱۱), employee participation by Shafli et al. (۲۰۰۲), and Hersiand Blanchard's organizational effectiveness (۲۰۱۱) were used in this research. In the currentresearch, the content validity of the questionnaire has been estimated using the supervisor'sopinion. Face validity was also confirmed by several respondents, and the validity of theresearch items was also confirmed. The reliability of the research questionnaire was alsocalculated by Alpha Cronbach, which was ۰.۹۴۸ for organization effectiveness, ۰.۸۹۹ forhuman resources recruitment system, ۰.۸۳۳ for career path, and ۰.۸۹۲ for employeeparticipation.
