چکیده مقاله:

According to the studies, it can be seen that coronary atherosclerosis is the most common cardiovascular disease. This disease can start from a young age and continue until adulthood. Coronary atherosclerosis is an inflammatory response to the abnormal accumulation of fat and fibrous tissue in the inner wall of the artery, which causes blockage and narrowing of the vein and a decrease in blood flow to the myocardium. In severe cases, coronary atherosclerosis can cause myocardial infarction and endanger human life. Genetics, environment and other factors can also be effective. With the advancement of technology around the world, this disease can be treated in primary prevention. One of the most important things to consider is the reduction of bad cholesterol (LDL), which is the primary goal of treating this disease. There are also several biological markers, the most important of which is troponin, which have different types. With the available tests, we can measure heart attack or other heart disease with early and correct diagnosis and save human lives. Also, by doing moderate and regular physical activity and increasing the level of good cholesterol (HDL) in the blood and reducing the level of triglycerides, we can take care of our heart and blood vessels.
