چکیده مقاله:
The synthesis of B-uracil derivative with a long aliphatic chain of ۱۱ carbon atoms, USU-C, with an optimized method has been carried out in this paper. The tests and results of the migration rate test showed that USU-C has better migration resistance than OSU. This advantage allows PVC samples containing USU-C to maintain good transparencyand less blur for a long time. Also, based on thermal stability tests, it has been proven that USU-C has tbetterthermalstabiliy and whiteness retention thanOSU.Based on theprevious research and the results of this work, a new design method was proposed based on the theory of Hansen's solubility parameters (HSP to increase the transparency and thermal stability effect of thermal stabilizers on PVC). In order to guide the design of the structure of new bisuracil derivatives with long-term migration resistance, a method was devised which, remarkably, is a quantitative mathematical function between HSP and the number of carbon atoms in the long aliphatic chain of bisuracil derivatives, which can be used. The high transparency and thermal stability for PVC were also used in a subsequent study, even with other organic thermal stabilizers.
