چکیده مقاله:

The elastic and plastic inhomogeneous shape and the asymmetric deformation of the train wheel and railway tracks are classified in mechanical behavior and crystal structure defects in non-uniform vibration distribution. In this experimental research, vibration analysis in failure limit and charpy test was investigated in the Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) process in UIC۶۰ railway tracks steel repaired with the mixed addition of three nanoparticles (۷۰% SiO۲ + ۲۰% TiO۲ + ۱۰% Al۲O۳). Fifty-two samples were tested for failure by the charpy impact test. The results show the effect of nanoparticles added to the repair railway tracks on the deformation rate of the weld zone and the load-bearing limit. Four vibration models were used to investigate the vibration on the Steel UIC۶۰ railway tracks repaired to find the safe area and the unsafe zone. The results of the models showed that the most consistent model compared to the obtained results are, Miranda and Bertro (B), Vidik (V), Krewinler and Nassar (K&N), and Newmark and Hall (N&H), respectively
