چکیده مقاله:
Any materials that are used in local buildings play an important role in the development of sustainable architecture. Whenever they need to be repaired, the necessary materials are available, and if they are thrown away, they cause less damage to the environment, and in a short period of time, they become a part of the environment and are absorbed by nature. In this article, after examining the properties of wood and the need to use it in the framework of sustainable architecture, we will introduce the various functions of new materials produced from wood in its various types. The purpose of this study is to use wood as one of the sustainable materials in order to reduce the weight of the building and also to minimize the construction cost. This material can be used in all components of the building, from the structure to the covering of the floor, ceiling and wall. At the same time, it provides solutions based on environmental protection and sustainability in architecture. But the results indicate that regarding the relationship between wooden structures and sustainable architecture, issues such as the absence of biological pollution during the production of these materials, the least pollution during construction, and the least amount of energy consumption for heating and cooling these structures and ۷۰% recycling of these Materials after destruction pointed out
