چکیده مقاله:

Compounds based on phosphorus, such as phosphines, phosphine oxides, phosphates andphosphnates are an important group of environmentally friendly flame retardants that haveseveral advantages, such as low toxicity, no release of poisonous gases during burning as wellas the property of producing low amounts of smoke during combustion [۱]. In addition tothese families of organic compounds are fascinating of organic chemists due to a wide rangeof biological and pharmacological actions such as antibacterial [۲], antioxidant [۳] andpesticides [۴].As a result, preparation of novel compounds containing this functional group isimportant. By considering the above-mentioned points and as a part of our research toapplications of nano zinc oxide, we have decided to apply this catalyst in synthesis of novelphosphonate compounds. Herein we reporta simple and green synthesis of novelphosphonate-containing dimedyl group has been achieved from Three-component reactionbetween various aldehydes, dimedone and triethylphosphite using nano zinc oxide as a basiccatalyst in alcoholic solution under reflux conditions (Scheme ۱)
