Water Production from Waste Using Micro-Organisms: Extraction of Dirty Gold

Nowadays, one of the issues in the world is the lack of energy. Therefore, specialists seek to produce energy with the lowest cost and pollution since fossil fuels will run out soon. In fact, one of the solutions to reduce the human need to fossil fuel is the use of clean energies and also energies produced by waste recycling because they are useful for the environment. Today, the attention is increasing to recycle energy from the solid waste. Thus, the investigation of different methods including direct methods (e.g., burning) and indirect methods (e.g., compost, biogas, and fuel produced by waste) is conducting in the world to produce this type of energy. In addition, the fuelproduced by waste is cheap and accessible so that they have gained widespread attention in the world. This study, hence, aimed to investigate whether water can be produced from waste and sewage water using microorganisms. The results indicated the considerable water produced from sewage and biogas using micro-organisms. The findings, further, provide suggestions for future researchers.
