چکیده مقاله:
Nanoparticles are materials with dimensions of about ۱ to ۱۰۰ nanometers. The nanometer size of the particles causes changes in physical and chemical properties, which the most important is the increase in the surface to volume ratio. Nanoparticles are synthesized by different chemical, physical and biological methods. The possibility of producing toxic side effects in chemical methods is very high, and the chemicals used in this technique will negatively affect the environment due to their toxicity. The environmentally friendly alternative way instead of chemical and physical methods includes the use plant extracts and other organisms such as bacteria, fungi and algae for the synthesis of nanoparticles, which are called biological synthesis. In the production of nanoparticles using plants, the obtained plant extract is mixed with a solution of metallic salt at room temperature and the synthesis of nanoparticles is usually done within a few minutes. In this study, the nanoparticle synthesis process was carried out using tea plant extract and a certain concentration of zinc nitrate, and the structure of the synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticle was investigated using the FTIR method. According to the obtained absorption spectrum, peaks appearing at ۷۴۳ and ۶۱۳ cm-۱ in the IR spectrum of the zinc oxide nanoparticles are the characteristic peaks of ZnO molecules. Although the results of FTIR can confirmed to some extent the formation of zinc oxide nanoparticles but we are going to complete this confirmation and characterization by XRD, DLS and SEM.
