چکیده مقاله:
The peptide Au nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized by UV–Vis, SEM, TEM,XRD and FTIR. The interactions between the peptide Au nanoparticles and calf thymus DNAin aqueous was studied by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicated thatthe synthesized peptide Au nanoparticles can successfully insert into calf thymus DNA. Thecytotoxicity of the prepared peptide Au nanoparticles was measured on the human breastcancer cells (MCF-۷) and osteoblast cell lines (G۲۹۲) by cell viability (MTT assay) andapoptosis (TUNEL assay). According to the MTT assay, the CC۵۰ values of peptide Aunanoparticles and cisplatin are ۱۱.۳ μM and ۹.۷ μM, respectively in G۲۹۲ which are very nearto each other compared on MCF-۷. Therefore, TUNEL assay was done on G۲۹۲ cell lines.The results showed that apoptosis was obviously observable by ۳۹% DNA fragmentation onG۲۹۲ cell lines. Therefore, the peptide Au nanoparticles are suitable drugs which have strongpotential in DNA denaturation and apoptosis especially on osteoblast cell lines (G۲۹۲).
