چکیده مقاله:

According to the immethodical use of pesticide poison, remaining inadmissible pesticide on the harvestedproduct is important issue in agriculture. For this many studies are done each year around the world, andattempted to prevent of entrance of contaminated samples in using cycle. In this study 25 greenhouse tomatosamples were prepared from 10 fruit and vegetable markets in different parts of Karaj region and tested.Prepared samples were measured by solid phase extraction method(SPE) with the help of HPLC(HighPerformance Liquid Chromatograph),GC(Gas Chromatograph),GC/MS(GC/Mass Spectrometer)devices.Recovery results were 90% and 98% for Deltamethrin and Chlorpyrifos as respectively. Obtaineddata were compared with WHO/FAO and national MRL by T-test and results showed that 14 and 18 numbershave had measurable contamination( 56%-%72) for deltamethrine and 6 and 8 number(24%-%32) forChlorpyrifos as respectively have had exceeded contamination. Considering existence of contamination inthe recent study and other studies on different commodities that shows significant contamination inagricultural post harvest products. Control centers or laboratories are necessary and on the other handmonitoring of post harvest period and give the necessary knowledge to manufactures also are required.
