چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the Sublethal effect of pesticides Ethion and Imidacloprid on reproduction parameters ofCryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant (Col., Coccinellidae) in laboratory conditions and constanttemperature 25 ± 2 degrees Celsius, photoperiod 16:8 (L:D) and 70 ± 5 percent relative humidity in the initial24 hours of their life exposed to LC30 concentration of pesticides, were evaluated. Bioassay tests todetermine LC30 and LC50 was performed on adults. LC30 and LC50 values were Ethion 244.58 and 385.13ppm respectively and for Imidacloprid 130.83 and 221.45 ppm was respectively. The average life longevityin the control and treatment was in Imidacloprid and Ethion 41.24 ± 1.93, 31.12 ± 1.76, 26.69 ± 1.082 daysrespectively. The highest average life longevity is related to the control. Total period before puberty infemales was 30.89 ± 0.0695, 33.88 ± 0.0816, 36.86 ± 0.0177 days, respectively. Sex ratio offsprings incontrol and treatments were 74.33, 54, 46.67. Net fertility rate of control and treatments was the egg, respectively 449.482 ± 0.990, 248.56 ± 0.846, 182.451 ± 0.825 egg and Net fertility rate were 394.63 ±0.926, 224.37 ± 0.795, 166.73 ± 0.887 was eggs. Gross hatch rate in controls and treatments were 0.87, 0.90,0.90 seed was calculated. Mean egg per day in control and treatments respectively, 11.82, 9.58, 9.53 eggswere obtained.
