چکیده مقاله:

Chronic pain is a common worldwide pain condition in men and women. Chronic pain(continuous or recurrent for at least ۶ months) & Myofascial dysfunction association has animportant and undeniable role in tragic theater of chronic pain syndromes. Myofascialdysfunction means altered and/or impaired muscle function due to tension changes rangingfrom un-relaxed to paradoxical contraction and weakness, myofascial trigger points and FascialMeta-system involvements, altered motor patterns and synergies with implying unwanted stresson other structures, and so on.By knowing the mechanisms behind each one of these, for chronicity of Pain in different paintransferring and processing areas, there must be a solution to somehow re-wire it. This isapplicable with only active, cognitive, repetitive, multimodal sensory feedback from periphery tomore central region.Myofeedback therapy is one of the instrument-based physiotherapy techniques that can beused as an effective and safe method for reconnecting the proper body-mind connection, reeducation, remembering forgotten motor patterns or reprogramming them more easily, andlearning new motor patterns. This is possible by Active cognitive participation of individual withdifferent visual and/or auditory feedback to promote the acquisition of self-control over thesepsychophysiological processes that are otherwise unawareness or under less voluntary control
