چکیده مقاله:
A new strategy has been developed for the Michael addition of a variety of indoles to N-substituted maleimides using Chlorosulfonic acid supported Piperidine-۴-carboxylic acid (PPCA) functionalized Fe۳O۴ nanoparticles (Nano Fe۳O۴-PPCA) as a highly efficient Nano catalyst. The notable advantages of this methodology are mild conditions, short reaction times, high yields, and the absence of side products. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillius subtilis, Actinomyces viscosus and Escherichia coli bacterial strains.
