چکیده مقاله:

In order to investigate the effect of microbial inoculation on wheat and barley plants, a factorial greenhouse experiment was conducted in the statistical form of randomized complete blocks with two plants including wheat and barley and different fertilizer treatments including rock phosphate (RP), inoculation with fungi. Phosphate dissolver (RP+F), inoculation with phosphate-dissolving bacteria (RP+B), inoculation with a mixture of phosphate-dissolving bacteria and fungi (RP+FB) and consumption of soluble phosphorus (PS) in three The repetition was executed. After ۹ weeks, the plants were harvested and the dry weight of the aerial parts and its phosphorus content were measured and efficiency indices were calculated. The results showed that there is a significant difference between plants and fertilizer treatments in terms of shoot function (SDW), phosphorus concentration (PC), total plant phosphorus (TP), phosphorus absorption efficiency (PACE) and phosphorus consumption (PUTE). Among the inoculation treatments, shoot function in plants inoculated with phosphate-dissolving fungi had a greater effect than other microbial treatments. So that the aerial organ yield in the inoculation treatment of phosphate dissolving fungi in wheat and barley plants (with an average of ۳.۸ grams of dry matter) produced more yield than the control (with an average of ۲.۵ grams of dry matter). Among phosphorus efficiency indicators, phosphorus absorption efficiency in inoculation with phosphate dissolving fungi in wheat with ۰.۸۵ compared to barley with ۰.۴۸ showed higher efficiency in phosphorus absorption. Finally, it can be concluded that microbial inoculation, especially fungal inoculation, increases the amount of phosphorus absorption by plants from phosphate rock and thus significantly increases the phosphorus efficiency of plants. Therefore, the use of phosphate rock along with microbial inoculation, especially inoculation with phosphate-dissolving fungi in order to meet the phosphorus needs of plants, can be practical after verification in field experiments.
