چکیده مقاله:

Background: Anxiety is a disabling condition with side effects on cognition, quality of life, memory, and mood. Anxiety is a regular mood condition that could disturb cognition. Methods: Mice were distributed to five groups: control group, anxiety group, anxiety-relatedbehaviors in mice who consumed leucine, anxiety-related behaviors in mice who appliedphysical activity, and anxiety-related behaviors in mice who applied physical activity andconsumed Leucine. We evaluated the level of anxiety by behavior tests such as open Field, elevated plus maze test, and social interaction tests. Results: The locomotor activity and social interaction were reduced in the anxiety groupcompared with the control group. Furthermore, the anxiety group's time exploring andrecognizing novel objects decreased. Interestingly, our data indicated that physical activity andconsumed leucine supplementation improved locomotor activity, social interaction, timeexploring, and recognition of novel objects. Conclusion: Based on our that physical activity and consumed Leucine supplementation couldameliorate the cognitive of anxiety-related behaviors in mice. Furthermore, we found thatexercise and leucine supplementation might modify brain function.
