چکیده مقاله:

امروزه سازمان ها با مسائلی هم چون واکنش سریع به نیازهای مشتریان، شرایط رقابتی بسیار سخت در بازار و افزایش سطح تحولات محیطی رو به­ رو هستند. در چنین محیطی، سازمان ها به­ صورت سنتی و با روش های گذشته قابل هدایت و کنترل نمی­ باشند. لازمه واکنش موثر و مفید به این تغییرات و کسب مزیت رقابتی از فرصت های حاصله، دست­یابی به چابکی سازمانی است. از آن جا که موفقیت سازمان ها در چنین شرایطی به تنهایی حاصل نمی­ شود، لذا زنجیره تامین سهم بسیاری در این موفقیت دارد، به همین منظور، اهمیت ورود چابکی به زنجیره تامین بیشتر نمود می یابد. زیرا چنین زنجیره­ای می تواند به سرعت و به­طور موثری به تغییرات بازار واکنش نشان دهد. از این رو از فاکتورهای اصلی موفقیت در زنجیره تامین چابک، بررسی جامعی صورت گرفت و ۱۱ فاکتور شناسایی شده و سپس با یافتن ارتباطات این فاکتورها در تحقیقات گذشته، مدل چابکی زنجیره تامین طراحی گردید.
