چکیده مقاله:

When cancer occurs in a person, one or more families will experience a social, cultural, economic, spiritual and psychological crisis. Although the whole family will be involved in caring for a cancer patient, one family member always bears the burden of care more than others. This can have negative effects on the health and well-being of the caregiver. Some psycho-spiritual and social care and support techniques through nurses (adaptation training, communication, problem solving skills, etc.) can be very effective. The key points that should be stated in these trainings can include (statistics of caregivers in the world and the country, educate the physical and psychological course of the disease, care in a stable state, the quality of life of the patient and the caregiver). It can be said that by meeting the needs of the caregivers, their competence, ability and skill in caring will increase. The present study will deal with the issue of caring for caregivers of cancer patients with a critical approach and will examine the solutions presented in various books and articles. this is a critical narative article, By studying more than ۳۰ Farsi and English sources in Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus databases, between ۲۰۱۵-۲۰۲۳, with the initial search of keywords (Psychological support, caregivers, cancer patients, nurse) with the help of ۳ researchers and in a period of ۶ months done. This is a first part of RCT research. The research team reached the point that in some studies:the bias caused by lack of blinding and lack of control group, attention to the needs of caregivers in a few limited dimensions, not taking into account the clinical prerequisites and the lack of personal support were the most important problems of the studies. Several systems and models have been designed to support caregivers, and some of them have been tested, but all of them are trying to create a stable state in caregivers. (Steady-State Caregiving) is a philosophy and system designed to help caregivers of patients with dementia to maintain a normal state and be able to help your patient when so many things are changing around you. Creating hope and preparation in caregivers through self-knowledge causes emotional awareness as a result of a stable caregiving state. As the main reports of self-awareness,with a plan of the distinction between self-knowledge and self-awareness and providing the necessary historical background for the problem, Gertler also deals with specific theories of self-knowledge such as familiarity theory, inner sense theory, and rationalist theory. The keywords that can be mentioned in these articles are philosophy of mind, epistemology and personal identity.
