چکیده مقاله:

This article highlights the importance of optimizing supply chain networks for fruits and agricultural products. The production and distribution of these products involve significant costs, including transportation and storage, which can impact affordability and competitiveness. To address this challenge, a two-objective model is presented that minimizes costs and maximizes profits in the fruit supply chain network. The model involves optimal selection of centers using GAMS coding software and the constrained epsilon method, and is applied to a case study of apple production from the Damavand region. The results demonstrate the potential for the model to significantly reduce costs for producers and farmers, while also improving the affordability of products for consumers. Moreover, the study's focus on apples from the Damavand region highlights the potential for applying the model to other regions and for other fruits and agricultural products. The study's approach has important implications for producers, farmers, and policymakers seeking to optimize supply chain networks for essential products. Ultimately, by identifying the most efficient and profitable routes for products to reach their destination, this study can contribute to a more sustainable and competitive fruit supply chain network.
