چکیده مقاله:

The concept of collusion in international criminal courts has become increasingly relevant in recent years, as globalized communication and trade have allowed for more cross-border criminal activity. Collusion refers to the act of two or more individuals conspiring to commit a crime or condoning its commission. While collusion is not a new criminal offense, its complexity and global implications have made it a particularly pressing issue when it comes to the prosecution of international crimes. The purpose of this essay is to conduct a comparative study of the crime of collusion and how it has been addressed by different international criminal courts. This study will examine the definition of collusion, the methods used to prove collusion, and the strengths and weaknesses of each court's approach. By comparing the various approaches to the crime of collusion, it is hoped that this essay will contribute to the development of a more comprehensive and effective legal framework for tackling this issue in the future
