Investigating cultural-psychological challenges in the context of virtual space and communication technology from the perspective of students

The purpose of this research is to investigate cultural challenges in the context of virtual space and communication technology. The method used to conduct the present research is survey type. It is extensive in terms of depth and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of the research is all the high school students of Kerman city, and ۳۰۰ people were selected as the statistical sample size using the multi-stage cluster method. The required information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire of cultural challenges in the context of virtual space and communication technology, the validity of which was approved by expert professors, and its reliability was estimated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha of ۰.۹۰. It should be noted that the analysis of findings was done with SPSS software. The result of the results showed that by increasing the amount of activity in the virtual space and the high use of communication technologies, it can cause more cultural challenges to appear in the society.
