چکیده مقاله:
Due to rapid economic, social, cultural, and environmental developments and acceleratedenvironmental and technological changes in the world, using intangible properties as new valueresources, organizations benefit from certain competitive advantages. This situation is definedwith an emphasis on creation and sharing of knowledge that indicates the importance of socialcapital as a new management phenomenon. On the other hand, organizational entrepreneurshiphas led to the innovation in services and products, and development of new services andproducts, and ultimately it can provide organization with special competitive advantages.Therefore, the current research mainly aims to examine the relationship between social capitaland organizational entrepreneurship in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). The researchmethodology is descriptive and correlational, and the study population consists of ۲۷۵ subjects,who according to the conducted sampling, ۱۶۱ persons were selected as the sample. The researchfindings indicate there is a relationship between social capital (structural, relational, cognitive)and organizational entrepreneurship in Tehran Stock Exchange. In other words, by an increase insocial capital, organizational entrepreneurship increases. The findings also suggest that, amongthe three dimensions of social capital, the structural dimension has a stronger relationship withorganizational entrepreneurship.
