چکیده مقاله:

میکرواستخراج فاز جامد (Solid phase Microextraction یا SPME) نوعی روش زیراستخراج نمونه به شمار می رود که جهت رفع برخی از چالش های مربوط به آماده سازی نمونه و همچنین، ادغام مراحل مختلف آنالیز در یک سیستم توسعه یافته است. SPME یک روش آماده سازی نمونه بدون نیاز به حلال، مقرون به صرفه، موثر و با توان بالا می باشد. در این تکنیک، تمام مراحل استخراج در یک مرحله ادغام می شود. طی سال های اخیر، ترکیب SPME با ابزارهای آنالیزور برای نمونه برداری و آنالیز ترکیبات متعدد بسیار کارآمد بوده و پژوهش های بسیاری در مورد مزایا، کاربردها و پیشرفت های این تکنیک انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر به معرفی SPME به همراه جنبه های مختلف و زمینه های کاربردی آن پرداخت.
